It does not address the information practices of the original creditors that placed accounts with us, of third-party service providers we work with, or of websites we do not operate.

2. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories:
- Identifiers. Full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, account or reference number, and, where legally required and provided, Social Security number or taxpayer identification number.
- Account information. Original creditor, account balance, itemization date, transaction history, payment history, correspondence, disputes, and account status.
- Financial information. Payment card details, bank account information, and payment authorizations processed through our payment vendor.
- Communications data. Voice recordings of inbound and outbound telephone calls, text messages, emails, letters, portal messages, and metadata associated with those communications.
- Employment or contact-verification information. Information used to confirm identity or locate a consumer, obtained from lawful skip-tracing sources.
- Website usage data. IP address, device and browser characteristics, pages viewed, referring URLs, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 10.
We do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, or special categories of data (such as health or immigration status) except where furnished to us in the course of a dispute, hardship claim, or complaint that a consumer chooses to submit.
3. How we obtain information
Personal information may come from:
- Original creditors and prior servicers that place accounts with us.
- Consumers who contact us directly, submit forms, or make payments.
- Attorneys, guardians, executors, or other authorized representatives.
- Consumer reporting agencies and permissible skip-tracing databases.
- Government records and court filings.
- Our service providers, including payment processors and mailing vendors.
- Your device and browser when you interact with this website.
4. How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Servicing, collecting, and resolving placed accounts.
- Verifying identity and locating consumers within the limits set by the FDCPA and Regulation F.
- Providing account validation, itemization, and required disclosures.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.

- Furnishing information to consumer reporting agencies where permitted and directed.

5. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as necessary to run our business and only with the categories of recipients below:
- The original creditor or its authorized servicer that placed the account.
- Attorneys, licensed process servers, and courts in connection with permitted legal action taken by properly licensed counsel.
- Payment processors, mailing houses, telephony providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other vendors bound by written confidentiality and security obligations.
- Consumer reporting agencies where permitted and directed by the account owner.
- Regulators, examiners, and government authorities responding to lawful requests.
- Professional advisors such as auditors and outside counsel.
- Parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not authorize our service providers to use personal information for their own marketing or independent commercial purposes.
6. How we safeguard information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards are described in more detail in our Information Security Statement. No system of safeguards is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to service the account, satisfy our legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by information category and by applicable state and federal law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, destroyed, or de-identified using reasonable methods.

Consumers may:
- Request validation or verification of an alleged debt.
- Dispute all or part of an account.
- Set preferences for how and when we may contact you.
- Instruct us in writing to cease communication, subject to the limits of the FDCPA.
- Ask that we communicate only with your attorney if you are represented.
- Update your contact information or correct inaccuracies.

9. State-specific privacy rights
Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy statutes. 11. Children's information
This website and our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
